CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Triad conducts six CSR projects and six social events every year. CSR involves activities and initiatives of giving back to the society while the social events involve staff team building activities.
Over the years, the firm has involved in many charitable ventures that include planting trees, visiting children homes, financial donations and participation in heart runs among many others.
In continuing with their community work, Triad held a premiere public event which was a golf tournament on Friday 1st February, 2013 at Muthaiga Golf Club. The golf tournament marked the inauguration of TRIAD FOUNDATION. The initiative is aimed at attracting sponsorship to raise finances for support and promotion of healthcare, education and other needs in the community.
The event attracted over 100 golfers raising 5 million Kenya shillings. The money raised was used to support Gertrude’s children hospital and Muthaiga primary school within their community. They refurbished toilets and classrooms at Muthaiga Primary School and converted the Gertrude’s Children Hospital X- Ray room into a prayer room.
For the past few years, Triad have also visited Fanaka Children’s Home in Kiambu where they spend time with the children, give food, clothing, educational materials and above all love.
Other recent CSR projects by the firm include: setting up a medical camps in conjunction with Gertrude’s Children Hospital at Beacon of Hope, Kikuyu and Ruaka. They also conducted a tree planting exercise at Kawamwaki Farm. Triad also participated in the Mater Heart run.
