CECILIA WAHINYA
Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is the youngest and the only female director at Triad Architects. She became a director on 1st July 2013, now representing the fourth generation and future of the firm. She is certainly a breath of fresh air and is expected to inject new life into the firm.
Cecilia has a keen eye for design and her focus is sustainable designs commonly known as green architecture. She wants to champion environmental conservation in the industry by mobilizing all professionals to think conservation and feels that Triad is such a platform for the move.
Having practiced in both UK and Dubai, the lady director can attest to the fact that Triad’s success over the years reflects on the high standards of professionalism observed and adherence to strict work ethics. From her experience, Cecilia confirms that Triad is nothing less of the international practices.
She reminds the aspiring and young female architects that gender has no affiliation with career choice or growth. It’s all in how you see yourself.
