Triad not only designed, but also managed the total furnishing, equipping and stocking of the facility. The firm had been commissioned to carry out feasibility studies of constructing university libraries in Kenya and it was then after successful negotiations with the Kenyan and British government that the process of developing the library facility began. It was completed in 1999
