Jim Archer and Trevor Andrews have however been around for much longer. On May 1st, their firm, Planning Systems and Services Ltd celebrated its 35th year of operation. Started in 1978, the firm has grown to be one of the ‘big five’ in Kenya and arguably, if you go by the number of local and international awards they have bagged, the best architectural firm in the region. Their signature projects are the two blue towers in Nairobi CBD, I&M Bank Building and Lonrho House, among many others all over the city and the region.
