Symbion, a leading architectural practice in Kenya wishes to announce the following vacancies:-

1. Senior Architect
2. Graduate Architect
3. Senior Technician

Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience – BORAQS registered an advantage.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate an advanced working knowledge of construction in Kenya. Key skills required include; project planning, coordination of construction documentation, site experience, design conceptualization, draughting, detailed design and a practical understanding of building regulations. Knowledge of the following IT software is preferable; Archicad, Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch Up; 3D Rendering (V Ray, 3D Studio Max etc…) and  Microsoft Office. Experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Masterplanning

Graduate Architect with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience required to join our busy Nairobi architectural office.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of construction in Kenya. Key skills required include; design conceptualization, draughting, detailed design and a practical understanding of building regulations. Knowledge of the following IT software is preferable; Archicad, Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch Up; 3D Rendering (V Ray, 3D Studio Max etc…) and Microsoft Office. Experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Masterplanning

The candidate must be able to demonstrate an advanced working knowledge of construction in Kenya. Key skills required include; project planning, coordination of construction documentation, site experience, draughting, detailed design, assembling schedules and specifications and a practical understanding of building regulations. Knowledge of the following IT software is preferable; Archicad, Autocad, Sketch Up; and  Microsoft Office. Experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Hospitality.
